In this self-paced on-demand course, find out what you should know before sitting for the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) exam. This course consists of eight modules providing an overview of the critical industry domains as they relate to construction financial management: Accounting and Reporting, Budgeting and Planning, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Revenue Recognition, Risk Management, Taxes. These domains are covered in depth in “The Book”, also known as Financial Management and Accounting for the Construction Industry, the primary CCIFP credential resource and desk reference for the construction financial professional, which is referenced throughout the course. This course includes the CCIFP Study Guide. You can download the Study Guide from the Accounting and Reporting module under the Resources tab.

Prerequisites

This is an Overview level online self-study course that was developed for construction finance professionals with at least three years of industry experience and a basic functional understanding of construction accounting and financial management.
